It’s one of those weekends where I’ve got a bit of everything on the go — from folklore to horror to werewolves to witchy romance — and I’m loving the variety.

✅ Just finished Mythos by Stephen Fry — smart, funny, beautifully told. I’ll always be a sucker for Greek myths, and Fry makes them feel both timeless and brand new.

📖 A House With Good Bones by T. Kingfisher (47%) — unsettling in the best way. Vultures on the mailbox. Weird vibes in the wallpaper. Peak Kingfisher.

🔁 Bitten by Kelley Armstrong (69%) — this is a re-read, and I have SO MUCH LOVE for Elena, for Clay, for Jeremy, for the pack. All the messy werewolf drama and intense relationships I fell for the first time, and honestly, it holds up so well.

🍃 Windswept by Annie Worsley (30%) — slow, lyrical nature writing. I’m dipping in and out when I want something quieter.

🧬 Ancestors by Alice Roberts (74%) — still fascinating. I love how Roberts brings ancient lives into sharp focus.

👀 And because I clearly don’t have enough books in progress… The Kiss Curse by Erin Sterling is calling my name. I liked The Ex Hex way more than expected, and I’m hoping for more witchy fun and banter here.

🧟‍♂️ Frankenstein by Mary Shelley – also calling to me. I’m in the mood for something gothic and intense, and it’s never a bad time to revisit Shelley’s classic.

So yes — it’s a bit of a chaotic stack, but a satisfying one. What are you reading this weekend?
