top ten tuesday

My Spring 2023 TBR

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish and is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Each week a new theme is suggested for bloggers to participate in. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want. Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to The Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.

This week’ topic is Books on My Spring 2023 To-Read List

Well, firstly I’m aiming to finish the books I’m currently actively reading, which are:
Mary Beard – The Roman Triumph
Holly Black – The Wicked King
Andrea Penrose – Murder on Black Swan Lane
Chris Smith – The Naked Scientist
AF Steadman – Skandar and the Unicorn Thief
Heidi Swain – Mince Pies & Mistletoe at the Christmas Market

And then the books that are at the top of my TBR are:
Ben Aaronovitch – The Hanging Tree
Peter Ackroyd – Foundation
Travis Baldree – Legends and Lattes
Christie Barlow – Love Heart Lane
Olivie Blake – The Atlas Six
Patricia Briggs – Moon Called
Natalie J Case – Thanatou
M.T. Clanchy – From Memory to Written Record
Kerry O Ferris – Stargazing: Celebrity, Fame, and Social Interaction
Alix E Harrow – The Once and Future Witches
Talia Hibbert – Untouchable
India Holton – The Wisteria Society of Lady Scoundrel
Jenny Kane – Autumn Leaves at Mill Grange
Damien Keown – Buddhism: A Very Short Introduction
Marian Keyes – Rachel’s Holiday
Stephen Law – Philosophy
Sarah J Maas – A Court of Wings and Ruin
Andrew Marr – Elizabethans
Ali McNamara – From Notting Hill With Love… Actually
Ransom Riggs – Library of Souls

And yes, I know that’s more than ten – just because I work in accounts, doesn’t mean I know how to count! LOL
